As we approach International Women's Day on March 8, I want to recognize an exceptional leader and a personal friend: Sharon Taylor, Chief Revenue Officer at Triton Digital.
International Women’s Day is a moment to reflect on progress and to spotlight the women who are actively shaping the future of our industry. Sharon is one of those leaders, and I have had the privilege of seeing her impact firsthand.
From Opportunity to Global Leadership
Sharon’s career is a testament to what happens when talent meets courage. What began as a short-term opportunity at Omny Studio evolved into executive leadership, helping scale the company globally before it became part of Triton Digital. Today, as Chief Revenue Officer, she leads our global revenue strategy across digital audio, podcasting, and broadcast.
Her trajectory is impressive, but what stands out most is how she leads.
Creating Pathways for Others
Sharon is intentional about helping other women grow in this industry. She mentors generously, advocates for emerging leaders, and encourages women to step into bigger roles with confidence. She understands that leadership is not only about driving results, but about expanding opportunity.
I celebrate Sharon not only for what she has accomplished, but for the way she shows up for others. She leads with clarity, empathy, and conviction. She builds strong teams, supports bold ideas, and consistently creates space for more voices to contribute.
The Women of Triton Digital
At Triton Digital, we are fortunate to have remarkable women leading across revenue, product, marketing, partnerships, and technology. Their influence is visible in our strategy, our innovation, and the way we serve clients around the world.
We are building an environment where leadership is defined by capability, collaboration, and vision. More women are stepping into senior roles, driving global initiatives, and shaping the direction of digital audio worldwide. That momentum matters.
Real change happens when organizations commit to developing talent, elevating diverse perspectives, and ensuring leadership reflects the audiences we serve.
Looking Ahead
Digital audio continues to evolve at an incredible pace. Podcasting is expanding globally. Advertisers are demanding measurable, premium environments. Broadcasters are transforming to meet audiences wherever they are.
The future of our industry will be shaped by leaders who combine innovation with integrity. Sharon represents that balance beautifully.
As we head into International Women’s Day, I am proud to recognize Sharon and the many women across Triton Digital who are building what comes next for audio.
