Earlier this week, GroupM announced that they are cracking down on piracy. Starting next year, GroupM “will require the ad networks and exchanges it works with to participate in an anti-piracy initiative developed by the ad industry’s Trustworthy Accountability Group.”
This initiative, called the Inventory Quality Guidelines (IQG) initiative, ensures that validated services can “identify sites at risk of offering pirated content, and enable marketers and agencies to wield control over whether their ads appear on those sites.”
At Triton Digital, we strongly believe in this initiative and it’s ability to increase both trust and demand within the advertising industry, which is why we’ve already taken action to ensure that our digital audio ad exchange, a2x®, is in compliance with the Trustworthy Accountability Group’s IQG initiative.
This means that a2x is the FIRST audio ad exchange to be certified. Even better, a2x is the ONLY digital audio supply to be certified.
This certification ensures that the inventory transacted through a2x adheres to advertising industry standards and best practices that combat digital ad fraud, malware, and piracy in the digital supply chain. What’s more, we commissioned Ernst & Young to independently validate our adherence to the IQG guidelines, further validating our commitment to quality and transparency.
So, if you are concerned about piracy and ad fraud, turn to the only digital audio supply that you can trust:
a2x – IQG Certified.
